Now we have PC spirituality
After having read the book, I surely would not waste my time on the movie. The theme of the book, that male deities / male based religions are all bad, and that female deities / female based religions are all good gratuitously panders to a kind of warped feminist ideology.
The only thing that is more sickening and disturbing is the degree to which this book has been voraciously consumed. So many of my female freinds think it is just a wonderful book. And yet another male author has found a way to cash in on anti-male feminism.
No thanks, I don't think I will see the movie version of all this. I wonder if they supply barf bags at the door.
