Domestic Abuse Helpline for Men America
Practical assistance in the form of a toll-free crisis line and referral services to victims of spousal or intimate partner abuse. DAHM is acquiring and renovating 20' x 40' building in Maine. This property will allow DAHM to have an office and to expand its services for male victims of domestic abuse.
Stop Abuse for Everyone (SAFE) America
Stop Abuse For Everyone (SAFE) is a human rights organization that provides services, publications, and training to serve those who typically fall between the cracks of domestic violence services: straight men, gays and lesbians, teens, and the elderly. They promote services for all victims and accountability for all perpetrators. They primarily do advocacy work on behalf of male victims of domestic violence.
National Coalition of Free Men (NCFM) America
A non-profit educational & civil rights organization that looks at the ways gender discrimination affects men and boys. Their activities include fighting gender descrimination through the court system, maintaining a men's telephone helpline, providing speakers who talk to groups about men's issues, and providing a limited counselling and referral service for men in crisis.
Fathers are Capable Too (FACT) Canada
An organization of both men and women working to support children's rights to have a relationship with both parents. It is a not-for-profit organization that provides a setting in which fathers experienced with the divorce industry help those who are less experienced. It is also advocates on behalf of fathers and non-custodial parents.
